Huntington Challenge. The dates have been set for 2007. September 15th and 16th and prize purse is $6000. This is a two day event 70 miles each day.. You can race it or you can ride it like a tour with plenty of sag stops and lots of challenges. The ideal bike for the racers is a Cyclo-Cross bike, especially if it has been rainy, because of the off road sections. The tour riders should ride a road bike if they want to skip the off-road section or a mtb bike if they want to ride the off road sections.

I hope you won't miss that July 15th will be National Ice Cream Day. What flavor will you enjoy then? I had vanilla ice cream, how about you.

Check out Independent Fabrication's ("IF") new Tungsten Electrode Full Suspension bike currently in the works. It will be the only full custom full suspension frame when it becomes available. It features a Ti front triangle and a custom butted 6061-T6 rear triangle using the dw-link. The lastest news on the Tungsten Electrode is a while off. They are wrangling with various design issues.
